March 8, 2020 - I never would have connected Blendzall with Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance. Many of the cars are valued in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, with some worth millions. The event can be described as a "beauty pageant for rare and elegant cars". For this reason, along with its setting and amenities, the Amelia Island Concours is considered one of the premier automotive events in the world. So, you can only image how thrilled, honored and proud I was to have a small association with the 1959 Fiat 600 ‘JBarth’ built and displayed by legendary car guy Kevin Jeanette of Gunnar Racing. Jeanette contacted me about a month before the show, and told me about this mini Fiat race car he was building from primarily Porsche components including a Porsche 4 Cam Engine and his desire to run Blendzall castor racing oil in the engine. I look forwarding to seeing “The Little Beast” as its named, out on the track someday being driven by Rod Emory.
